First class !!! I literally cannot say a bad word about this company or its products!! From the original enquiry through my lengthy questions Laura and the team have been fantastic soo helpful even their delivery guys are prompt informative happy and polite. The price was lower than others and I was a little concerned it was going to be ( you get what you pay for ) but I couldn't be more wrong its solid quiet and looks fantastic was easy to i stall they supplied fitting instructions and helpful links.
This should be your go to for garage roller doors i highly recommend them!

We have a TWF garage door installed by our builder and are very happy with it. After a while one of the remotes went and I put a query into TWF for help, well they couldn't be helpful enough, via the WhatsApp chat, they contacted me immediately and turned out one of the remotes was faulty. I called Laura in the office and they sent me a replacement without any quibbles!! Would highly recommend!!

Bought two customised type 55 Roller Shutter Garage doors from TWF a couple of months ago. Good quality and reasonably priced. Customer service is first class. Delivery on time and right to the door by a great staff member. Both fitted easily.
So impressed, I ordered a very large type 77 Shutter to install as a secure freestanding rear driveway entrance, replacing heavy wooden gates. Now fitted and are great. Highly recommended.

Can’t recommend this company enough. I bought a roller garage door from them a few years back and needed some replacement slats after my father-in-law reversed into it! Although they no longer did the same style slats they gave me a very good quote for a complete replacement curtain which was delivered very quickly. Ordered my door and as on the website was delivered in 4 weeks.
Absolutely OK for the DIY'er.
Good quality, works very well.
The Mrs and I completed the door in half a day and that includes me tweaking my garage frame to get it absolutely square and flat all round.
Only improvements I'd suggest is the company making sure there's a wiring diagram for the key switch, hard to be sure where the 7 wires go on two switches but a phone call sorted it immediately.
Also, although you're told the turn around time is a month you get an email the evening before stating it's coming the following afternoon. 😳
Overall a good buy, hopefully I won't need the 5 Yr guarantee.

Best around for garage doors. Price, quality and service can't be beaten. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Easy to fit, delivered with care, excellent customer service. You can't go wrong. We got a top quality roller shutter door, that looks fantastic and enhances our property for little over £500, delivered. Made to measure, fitted like a glove. I struggled getting my head round the electrics, but a message to them, instantly replied to, and it was all sorted. They really do care about their customers. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. We are delighted with our new door. Only wish that I had a "before" pic, so you could see how much difference it made to the look of the front of our property. Thanks so much!
