Very pleased with my new garage door. Arrived 3 weeks from order, very straightforward to install and worked perfectly first time. I would highly recommend TWF.

You never know how good a company is until things go wrong. I accidentally damaged the door while installing. I rang TWF and they understood my problem, supplied the new parts at cost and delivered next day. Found the service from TWF first class from initial order, delivery queries and finally after sales back up with express parts and advice on fitting.

Following viewing a YouTube video of the diy guy fitting a TWF door, and having a quote for over £2000 to fit a new door, I decided to buy one from twf, great service, door was promised in 4 weeks but came in two. Studied the video and fitting instructions supplied. A mornings work with a mate and I’ve got a new door I’m very pleased with. At less than half the cost. Just need a new front door now 🤷🏻‍♂️

Needed an urgent visit as garage door stuck and item inside was urgently needed and going away. Office went above and beyond to get engineer to me within an hour. Engineer was pleasant polite and efficient- repaired door within by replacing broken springs.

Absoulte pleasure of a company to deal with. Nothing was a problem even for a amature questions from myself. Calls answered and messages responded to professionally and quickly even at weekends and evenings. The quality of the door supplied is amazing. Delivery was faster than quoted.
