Classic 77 is our 77mm insulated electric roller door for wider and larger garage openings. It uses a wider, deeper slat profile designed to give the curtain more stability across bigger spans, making it the right choice when a standard 55mm system is no longer enough. Built to your measurements in our Norfolk workshop, it is supplied as a complete DIY kit across the UK.

Classic 77 is built to your measurements rather than fixed panel sizes and is normally chosen for wider garage openings, double garages and larger domestic door sizes.

Supported opening range:

Width: 1500mm to 4950mm, including guide runners
Height: Up to 2600mm including a 300mm top box

Because Classic 77 uses a larger top box and is designed for bigger openings, it is important to check that you have enough headroom above the opening before ordering.

The top box can be positioned behind the lintel when sufficient internal headroom is available, or below the lintel if clearance is limited. A below-lintel fit slightly reduces the clear drive-through height, but still provides a neat, colour matched finish.

Your kit includes:

  • Roller curtain manufactured from 77 x 18mm insulated slats
  • Side guides and end plates sized to your opening

  • Fixings and essential fitting components
  • Installation guidance and after-order support

If you upgrade Classic 77 to remote operation in the  Garage Door Builder, your kit will also include:

  • Receiver box with control buttons
  • Two remote controls
  • Safety edge system in either hard wired or wireless format, depending on your selection

Colours and Finishes:

Classic 77 is available in a range of popular finishes, including white, grey, black and selected wood effect colours.
